The second World Forum on Human Rights held for four days in Marrakech marked by hot debate on the promotion of human rights in the world.





With  the participation of 7,000 persons from 95 different countries and the contribution of 160 associations of different fields; the Second Forum on Human Rights of four days November (27-30) was marked by the statements of several figures as the UN special Rapporteurs of education and human rights defenders and the president of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network.

In the closing ceremony, President of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network, Michel Tubiana, announced that Argentina will host the next World Forum on Human Rights.
